Start your orderHow it works
- Download our order form and fill in one row per item: who it goes to, their address, and what to send. Download the order form
- Upload it here. We check every address and item right away and show you anything that needs fixing.
- Pick your ship date and confirm your company details and gift message. You'll see your price with any volume discount.
- Pay your invoice through our secure website. Your ship date is held once your invoice is paid.
Good to know
- Bulk orders are for 6 or more items shipped to different addresses. For fewer, order on our website.
- We ship Monday through Wednesday so nothing sits in a warehouse over the weekend. Everything ships 2-day air within the U.S.
- Every box gets a free gift message on the packing slip: one message for everyone, or a custom message per recipient on the order form.
- Want to add a printed card? We'll put one insert (up to 8.5" × 11", the same for everyone) in every box at no charge. It needs to reach us 3 business days before your ship date: Uncle Mike's Bake Shoppe, Attn: Mailorder Team, 1840 Dickinson Road, De Pere, WI 54115.
- Holiday ship dates fill up. A date is only held once your invoice is paid, so pay early for December.
